Introducing streamlined case management and enhanced monthly reports

Managing cases and accessing reports shouldn’t slow you down. 

We’ve addressed customer concerns by integrating case management directly into Nebula and OneView, eliminating the need for a separate portal. Alongside this, we’ve revamped monthly reports with new visuals and customization options, allowing you to configure the delivery to suit your needs.

Let’s take a closer look at two updates and how they will save you time and make managing cases and reports easier than ever.

1. Streamlined case management

Critical case management functions will now be integrated directly into Nebula and OneView.

Our former case management system, which relied on a third-party portal, wasn’t ideal for managing escalations and tracking cases. It was often cumbersome and confusing, leading many customers to avoid using it altogether.

Now we consolidate case management into a familiar interface, allowing customers to act on escalated issues more quickly and with fewer steps. 

The new system also includes a one-year retention period for closed cases. Suspicious activities, addressed more immediately by analysts, will still have a shorter retention window. This keeps the focus on active and critical threats while ensuring older cases remain accessible for reference.

2. Enhanced monthly reports

MDR customers also now enjoy automated monthly reports integrated directly into the Nebula and OneView platforms. 

Previously, reports were manually created by MDR analysts and delivered as PDF attachments to a case, often triggering notifications similar to those used for escalated issues. Now, these reports are generated automatically within Nebula and OneView, matching the design and structure of other Nebula-generated summaries. 

Users can configure the frequency of report delivery, and select specific recipients, ensuring reports are sent directly to chosen inboxes. The visual format and delivery process have been standardized to align with other reports on the platforms.
